To sign in the first time and to sync, yes. After that the offline-capable core keeps essential clinical work running, and queued changes replay when the connection returns.

Records are on the server, not only on the device. Sign in from any phone or computer and the clinic is there. Anything queued on a lost device that never synced is the exception.

Yes. Country, currency, date format and phone format are set per clinic — nothing in the product is fixed to one country.

Yes. One account, switch clinic, and the whole working context follows. Each clinic has its own subscription and its own data.

No. Roles scope what each person sees. Receptionists and dispensers do not see clinical case notes.

Yes. One subscription per clinic, with as many staff accounts as you need. Adding a receptionist or a dispenser does not change the bill.

It is priced for local affordability. A price that is reasonable in one market is not reasonable in another, so each market gets its own price rather than a converted one.

The clinic stops taking new work, but export stays available. You can take patient and billing data out in standard formats after an expiry or a suspension.
